White Chocolate Mocha Chia Pudding- Keto-friendly Snack

Snacking while on the keto diet can be so difficult. Fighting sweet cravings while on keto is even harder. What's not hard? This 2 minute recipe for a yummy snack that I MIGHT just replace ice-cream with. LET'S GET INTO IT!

 

INGREDIENTS

(1-2 servings)




  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 cup Almond Milk*

  • 1 Tbsp White Chocolate Mocha Creamer* (friendly farms brand)

*This can be replaced with your choice of ingredient but it may change how keto-friendly the meal is.

 

NUTRITION

Calories: 150 Total Fat: 19g Carbohydrates: 8g Protein: 7g

 

DIRECTIONS

Overnight | Prep: 2-10 mins | Total: Next day

  1. Add chia seeds to a small bowl and slowly stir in the almond milk and creamer.

  2. Use a fork to stir and combine the ingredients to avoid clumps of dry chia seeds. (Optional) Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to thicken and stir again to avoid clumps.

  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least three hours or overnight.

  4. Serve as is or add granola, berries, and other favorite toppings.*
