Quick & Easy Keto Pizza!

Are you on a keto diet but missing carbs like I am? Watching everybody else chow down on warm, moist, cheesy bread? Ok I'll say it! I miss pizza and I didn't want to try cauliflower dough pizza again.


I found a delicious and easy solution to crush pizza cravings! Get ready for another air fryer classic: Keto Mushroom Pizza. Its a perfect snack and will knock those pizza cravings right out! Let's go!

 

INGREDIENTS

(2 servings)




  • 2 large portabella mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp pasta sauce

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbles)

  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese

  • 1 pinch garlic or oregano

  • 1 turkey stick (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

Cook: 8-10 mins | Prep: 5 mins | Total: 12-15 mins

  1. Wash and drain the mushrooms and let them dry for 2 minutes.

  2. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the underside of mushroom, using 1 tbsp per mushroom.

  3. Layer the onion and green peppers, following with feta and a thin layer of cheddar.

  4. Slice the turkey stick and put the final layer of "mini pepperoni" and cheddar cheese.

  5. Place in air fryer or oven at 250 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese begins to bubble.

  6. Finish with oregano or powdered garlic then serve!
